On verification, the terms are blunt: "Failure or denial to pass the identity check will result in confiscation of funds." The documents state a KYC review window of up to seven days and reference a cumulative-deposit trigger around $500, though nothing fired for us at any point.
The coherence audit and the terms grade point the same way. In practice, the operator behaved well. On paper, the contract holds the power.
